I canceled my Weight Watchers membership for the time being. Oh, I still love the program and I plan on rejoining in the future. I have a good reason why I decided to stop for now that I will write about soon enough.
I still would encourage everyone to try it. I love that you can basically eat anything you want...not portion-wise, of course, but in the sense of no food being off limits. You just have to work on balance and making sure you don't go overboard all of the time. I know I can do that all too easily if I am not careful.
So for now it's one day at a time...and life is good :)
