I haven't gotten much accomplished lately. Even if I get eight hours of sleep a night, I still feel like I'm in a brain fog all day and need a nap. If I do go take a nap, it sometimes lasts a few hours.
It's hard to get any writing done. The kitchen isn't as clean as I'd like. I need to exercise more. Maybe if I do something "easier" like yoga, it will help me not feel like a slacker.
I just get frustrated a lot right now that I feel like a zombie all the time.
