Last year a student gave me a gift card to See's and I finally got around to redeeming it yesterday. Eric and I had fun picking out our favorites to create a custom box.
Before I started consciously tracking everything I eat, I would have thought nothing about chowing down on the box. Now, however, I consider carefully. I had 3 pieces yesterday and 1 today so far. I am at -1 WW points for the week, and that's only because I forgot to add in the store sample I had. Whoops! I can go work it off tonight, though, and be positive again.
Moderation in all things, indeed. It makes me feel less deprived if I can have some sweet treats instead of cutting them all out. I'm still going down on the scale, too!
