Down 4 More Pounds This Week!

I have been doing a lot of Just Dance lately. On Thursday I did 1 hr 46 minutes alone. It helps counteract the fact that I am eating out a lot this week and makes me feel so healthy.

I went to Weight Watchers Friday and in a little over a week (I usually weigh in Wednesdays now), I lost 4 pounds.  That makes 22 pounds total since my highest weight and 112 to my ultimate goal.

It's going well overall. We are going to IHOP today and I already picked out the Simple & Fit Mushroom, Spinach & Tomato Omelet last night. I find that eating out is much easier if I have an opportunity to check out the menu and think about what I want.  It's even better if they have the nutrition available.  If I am caught off-guard, I don't always make the best choices.

Congratulations. You are doing really really well, even with eating out. Way to keep exercising and watching what you eat.
