It has not been quite so easy lately. I ate out too many times and had more treats that I wanted. However, I tried to make lots of good choices when eating out and worked things into my plan. I also exercised a lot.
It paid off...I got to 5% lost at Weight Watchers today. Woo hoo! I've lost a bit more than just that total, but it's a good feeling to know that I am hitting some goals.
I am thinking of getting myself a used iPod Touch as a reward. I already have a nice Android smartphone and it would be nice to be able to play with some of the diet and fitness apps that are only available to the iPod/iPad world. I can also use it later for testing when I hopefully develop some apps myself.
If I can't find a deal I like, I will have to think up a nice non-food reward. I can't redeem any of Eric's coupons yet, but I'll get there!
