The First Week is Rough, But Awesome

I'm tired.

So far this week, I've done over 5 hours of Just Dance.  I also spent over an hour tilling a garden today.  There's more dancing to come tonight. We also have some tidying up to do before mom visits. Whew!

I feel sleepy and sore.  I am using muscles that haven't had this much action in a while.  I'm not going to push it TOO far....tomorrow will be a day of rest. I think I will take a nap now for a quick recharge.

Like Eric tells me, this soreness is a delicious feeling.  My body keeps reminding me that I took the time to work out and get moving.  It will get better over time, I'm sure.
