As the new year unfurls, I have been thinking about what I want to do to lose weight again. It's icy and snowy here, so the thought of walking outdoors isn't so appealing. I could try the gym, but it's usually packed this time of year with bright-eyed enthusiasts who made New Year's Resolutions. Invariably it tapers off throughout the following months, but for now it's too crowded for my liking.
Fortunately, my cute boyfriend got me P90X, as I mentioned before. They're on DVDs, so I can just pop them into the Playstation 2 or my laptop and exercise away. I was going to start this week but I've been busy catching up on work.
I also have a copy of RevAbs (made by Beachbody too) that I was given for review. Once I try it out, I also have a copy to give away, so stay tuned!
The P90X should keep me going until spring comes and I can get back to training. I haven't decided if I am going to do just another half marathon or try for a full marathon. I will have to see how the months unfold - it's looking like this is going to be a very busy year.
