My mileage continues to rise. This week's schedule:
- Monday - Rest
- Tuesday - 3 miles
- Wednesday - 2 miles
- Thursday - 4 miles
- Friday - Cross-train (swimming?) or rest
- Saturday - 6 miles. Whew!
- Sunday - a walk in the park
Life is great and happy that everything is going so well. I just need to work on getting my speed back up. I did do the 5k at a 15:36 pace, which is good. I did some jogging too and my knee didn't have much problems at all.
