In the meantime, I'm restless and find myself still wanting some kind of workout. Who knew? I thought I would throw out that I will do whatever you challenge me to do (within reason). Want me to do 100 pushups? Say so. Make me swim. Whatever your fancy...if it's free, won't bother my knee and not too difficult to accomplish (sorry, I can't go swimming with the dolphins right now), I'll do it.
To give you some ideas, I'll tell you some of the things I have around the house:
- PS2 with Dancing With the Stars Workout (I have DDR too, but that gives you a pounding knee-wise)
- Wii console with Wii Fit Plus, Jillian Michaels 2010, Just Dance, Your Shape and more
- Exercise ball
- Wobble board
- Resistance band
- Gym membership where they do have a pool, elliptical, bikes, weights, etc
- Yoga dvd
That should be enough. Extra points for something unusual!
