I'm going to have to drink more water and cut down on sodium. I was trying to be better and got a big dill pickle instead of French fries when I went out today. However, once I got home and input it on MyFitnessPal.com, I found out that it had a whole day's worth of sodium. Yikes! Besides all the potential health problems it could cause if you eat high sodium, it also causes water retention and you end up weighing more.
So far I've lost 2.4% of my total weight. I am pleased. I still have about 111 to go. Just one day at a time, one step at a time, and make sure you keep doing that every day.
