Hit the 20 Pounds Lost Mark Today!

I got on the scale today and it read 242.4. Awesome! I've lost about 6 pounds in the past week and a half. Don't worry, it's not going to be like that forever (if only it could be!), but you usually use more in the beginning.

I'm going to have to drink more water and cut down on sodium. I was trying to be better and got a big dill pickle instead of French fries when I went out today. However, once I got home and input it on, I found out that it had a whole day's worth of sodium. Yikes! Besides all the potential health problems it could cause if you eat high sodium, it also causes water retention and you end up weighing more.

So far I've lost 2.4% of my total weight. I am pleased. I still have about 111 to go. Just one day at a time, one step at a time, and make sure you keep doing that every day.
