Sugar (especially chocolate) is not my friend. I can't seem to do moderation very well. I either have to go completely cold turkey or just forget about trying to worry about it.
I choose the former: As of right now, I am not going to have (most) sugar anymore. Why do I say most? Here are some exceptions:
1) Cereal. Sadly, as a busy single gal, sometimes it's easier to come home and eat cereal instead of actually cooking. I won't have the ultra sugary ones, but this one's actually a meal at least. I can only have it for one meal a day though.
2) Slimfast Type Shakes. I am always running out the door. With these, I get at least a little bit of breakfast (usually don't manage it otherwise) and some vitamins.
3) Low sugar jam. Goes with the PB for sandwiches. Everyone should eat low sugar jam anyways - you can actually taste the fruit!
4) Real fruit and (once in a while) 100% fruit juice. All natural. Full of vitamins. Heavenly tasting. Low calorie. What more could a gal want?
I think that's it. I know I can do it - I did it once for 10 months straight, hardcore with NO exceptions. I just think this will help a great deal with my weight loss.
