I am 5'4". My highest weight ever was 252, so my new goal is 126. It would be fun to sing "I'm half the girl I used to beeeeeeeeee". It's also within the healthy suggested weight range for my height.
However, if I end up a bit above that in the healthy range, it won't be the end of the world. I just want to become the best Me I can.
I think I will make Saturdays my official weigh in post days. During the weekdays I am always waking up late and rushing off to work.
With that said - I weighed myself and it said 245. Yay! So far I have lost 7 pounds, then. Only 119 or so to go...but I can do it!
